Hot Lunch Program
Hot Lunch is organized by the Fundraising Association of New Horizons School (FANHS) and run by parent volunteers. Hot Lunch is offered on Thursdays and occasional Fridays throughout the year. Hot lunch orders are processed in batches.

How to Register and Ordering Details
***Parents must register anew each year. Follow the Getting Started process below each September to place orders.***
Getting Started…
- Go to https://nhs.hotlunches.net
- Click on “Click Here to Register”
- Complete the rest of the registration form.
- Click the “Register Now” button at the bottom
- Follow the instructions to add each child in your family who attends New Horizons School.
- Once your child(ren) are registered, click on “Orders”
- Proceed to order hot lunch for your child(ren) for every available week.
- **STAFF and volunteers: add yourself as a “Student”, choose applicable “Class” of either STAFF or volunteer, then proceed with ordering.
(Your email address will be your user ID to login for future orders. You will receive email reminders when order deadlines approach as well as weekly reminders about your child’s hot lunch order.)
Staff, Teachers, Volunteers
Volunteers/Lunch Supervisors are welcome to register themselves as a “student” in the class they are supervising. Register as “Volunteer — Name”. These orders will be sent directly to the classroom they are supervising. Orders that are registered in the “Volunteer” classroom can be picked up in the kitchen.
Staff are also able to order using the same process, by registering as a “student” in the class “staff”. Their orders will all be brought to the staff room.
