Wheelchair Basketball all this week!
CALLING ALL CAREGIVERS: Don’t play basketball? Are you not sporty? No problem! It only takes an extra set of hands and an open heart. Sign up for one or several sessions throughout the 2-week residency to help staff facilitate wheelchair basketball sessions in the gym. Obstacle courses, races, and simply experiencing time in the chairs–it’s that simple. The older students may play versions of basketball but no sporty experience is necessary. Can you say, “Stop ramming each other in the chairs!”? Then you’re qualified!

Tuesday:
- Gymnastics for Kinder
Wednesday:
- Gr. 6-9 EIAA Track and Field
- Grade 3 Discovery Learning Fair 1-2 pm
- Early Dismissal at 2:19pm
- School Council Meeting at 6:30 pm
Thursday:
- Spring Concert for the choirs, ukulele club, band, and drama. Dress rehearsal at 1:30 pm, evening concert at 5:30 pm. All are welcome to attend!
Friday:
- Grade 6 field trip to the legislature
Upcoming:
- May 18: Victoria Day, no school!
- May 20: Class Colour Day! Each class will choose one colour to wear—and the goal is for everyone in your class to match! Pick your class colour, and let’s fill the school with a rainbow of school spirit!
