If you have a child in Kindergarten (Tues./Thurs.) , Grade 5, or Grade 9, he or she should have come home with information from Alberta Health Services regarding immunizations for the upcoming year. The Mon./Wed. Kindergarten students will be receiving their information on Monday. If you did not receive this information from your child, you can download it here:
