Truth and Reconciliation is a year-round commitment; however, on September 29th, we wear orange to raise awareness of the impacts of Indian Residential Schools.
With September 30th–the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation–landing on a Saturday this year, we will observe this important day as a community on Friday, September 29th.
Whether you purchase the yearly t-shirt design directly from the Orange Shirt Society or from local venders (London Drugs usually stocks official tees), don a past year’s design, or simply wear any orange from your wardrobe, let’s show our support with a wave of orange.
